At Lumki, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in packaging every order, but if something goes wrong, we're here to make it right.

📦 Damaged Product Replacement

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

🔄 Wrong Item Received

If you received an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement of the correct product as quickly as possible.

⏰ How to Raise a Request

Email us at support@lumki.in with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours.

❌ Non-Refundable Conditions

We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
  • Change of mind or incorrect size/color ordered by the customer
  • Products without original packaging or proof of purchase
